After earning his real estate license in the late 1990s, Kevin built his practice the old-fashioned way: one client at a time, one relationship at a time. He learned every neighborhood, studied every market shift, and showed up for his clients when it mattered most — during the 2008 financial crisis, through the pandemic-era frenzy, and in every market in between.
